Maintenance: Vital for the safety of your playground

Maintenance for your playground is crucial to ensuring your playground is a safe, hazard-free play area. A playground is just like any other piece of equipment—it requires regular inspections and maintenance to ensure everything is working smoothly and safely.

Regular maintenance programs with inspections can identify hazards before they have the potential to do harm. Questic's Certified Canadian Playground Inspectors perform routine inspections on all your playground equipment and protective surfacing. We then provide you with detailed reports on the safety of your playground according to Canadian Standards Association.

By continually knowing the safety rating of your playground, you can prevent injuries.

Maintenance Programs

Regular maintenance can catch and prevent problems such as spilled surfacing and damaged borders.

Questic offers a variety of maintenance programs to suit every size playground and community. Every playground should have regular maintenance and inspections to remain up to CSA standard.

Regular maintenance packages include inspections and play structure maintenance. Garbage pick-up, protective surfacing redistribution, roto-tilling of sand, perimeter checks and thorough safety-point inspections are just some of the services included in our packages.

We will meet with you to discuss your maintenance needs and develop a schedule of inspections and routine maintenance. For any size playground, we can tailor a maintenance package to meet your needs.

Routine Inspections

Included in each maintenance package are routine inspections. For every inspection, we provide you with a detailed safety and risk assessment report stamped by a Certifed Canadian Playground Inspector. These official records provide you with current information on the condition and need for repair of your equipment.

We will catch potential hazards before they become risks, allowing you to plan for future action and ensuring you always know the safety of your playground.
